DanceFit incorporates the joy of high-energy, upbeat, popular music, aerobic dance, toning, core work, and stretching. Classes are open to all fitness levels. Don’t be intimidated if you think you can’t dance. The moves are easy to pick up. Come see why DanceFit is the most fun you can have with your sneakers on!

Brought to you by the dancers of the Vail Valley Theater Company! This course is a fun and casual dance class for those hoping to improve or learn theatrical dance techniques. Designed for students of any level, those new to dance, or for those who just want to dust off their old dancing shoes and have a bit of fun. We will explore tap, jazz, and ballet and learn some great musical theater numbers. Ages 16+. No class November 24.
